Fritzroy and his team at Betterway were absolutely amazing! We met him randomly in a flooring store. What started as a basic flooring redo project discussion quickly expanded into a full-scale renovation, including bathroom remodeling, painting, electrical work, and other interior renovations. Throughout the entire process, Fritzroy and his team proved to be the most dependable, trustworthy, and reliable people we’ve ever worked with. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident in every aspect of the job. We found Betterway Painting and Renovations on Bark and within minutes of searching for contractors Fritzroy reached out to me ready to talk about options for our new home from start to finish. We’ve had an amazing experience. The price was fair and the timeline was just what we needed. The Betterway team provided excellent service and even finished the job one day earlier than expected while providing amazing results. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I found better way painting on the internet. Within minutes Fitzroy contacted me. My home is in Alliston and asked if he would be able to do the drive as it was an hour or so north of Toronto. Within a couple of days he visited my vacant home as it was rented for many years. After finally evicted tenants it was time for a major make over. My home was absolutely disgusting. Fitzroy is very professional and humble and answered all of my many questions and concerns. I felt an instant connection and trust w him. I gave him the contract to paint the whole house. I personally didn’t think after walking into my home in that beat up shape there was any hope but now after it has been done I couldn’t be more content. This house was brutal and he transformed it into a new home. I would like to say a big thank you to him and his crew for resurrecting my home. Fitzroy was always a phone call away and helped me w questions about other trades that were there working. Hands down simply great quality work, I had new hard wood installed and the whole home painted. Beyond happy with the end result and professionalism along the way. Communication was great with solutions to any issues that arose and I can’t say enough about the great quality of work.
